Terms of Service

By accessing or using Jobhunger.ai and related portals (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service with Jobhunger, Inc. ("Jobhunger," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is designed for international students and professionals pursuing U.S. employment under statuses such as F-1, OPT, STEM OPT, and H-1B-track contexts. You must be at least 18 years old.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, resume, and work-authorization information. Jobhunger does not replace your DSO, SEVIS reporting duties, employer I-9 process, or licensed immigration counsel.

Depending on your plan, the Service may include role discovery, visa-aware matching signals, resume variants, application preparation, tracking, 1:1 support, and LMS classes.

Jobhunger is a software workspace and coaching adjunct. It is not a law firm, staffing agency, university office, or guaranteed placement service.

Keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

After you unlock application access, Jobhunger staff may prepare and submit applications on employer sites using materials grounded in your profile and resume. You remain responsible for the truthfulness of claims in your profile, resumes, and form answers.

Employers make their own hiring decisions. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, start dates, or remote/hybrid eligibility.

Match scores, H-1B or LCA history, sponsorship language, and related signals are informational. They are not a promise that an employer will sponsor you, that a role is OPT-safe, that STEM OPT Form I-983 will be approved, or that Cap-Gap or any status protection applies.

Always verify work authorization, unemployment-day rules, and employer policy with official sources before relying on a role.

Plan names, prices, struck-through list prices, application capacity, and limited-time offers are shown at checkout and on our pricing pages. Capacity numbers describe plan volume, not interview or offer guarantees.

Unless stated otherwise at purchase, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Offer strip timers and discounts may rotate on a published cycle and can be updated by Jobhunger.

You keep ownership of resumes and materials you upload. You grant Jobhunger a limited license to host, process, and display that content to provide the Service.

The Service software, branding, match models, and UI are owned by Jobhunger or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as allowed by law.

You may not misuse the Service. See our Acceptable Use Policy for examples, including false credentials, fabricated experience, unauthorized scraping, or attempts to bypass employer or platform controls.

Employer career pages, ATS systems, Google sign-in, payment processors, and similar services are governed by their own terms. Jobhunger is not responsible for third-party sites you access through or alongside the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBHUNGER DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR ERROR-FREE MATCHING.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jobhunger is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages, including lost jobs, delayed OPT clocks, or visa complications arising from your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid Jobhunger for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date and may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
